The service includes the removal of existing lights or fans, and the installation of your new ceiling fan at the designated electrical point. We provide brackets and screws (included in the packaging) for a seamless setup.

 

Please note that this service excludes the provision of bulbs, any additional electrical wiring, or electrical work. If a Certificate of Compliance (COC) is needed, this can be arranged for an additional cost. Should any unforeseen obstacles prevent the installation, a call-out fee will apply.

 

The ceiling fan’s installation location must be easily accessible, and the fan should be compatible with the space intended for installation. For any additional work required, our installer will provide a quote for direct payment.
