The included P7000 filter cartridge uses a coconut-shell activated carbon block together with a silver-lining nano-technology membrane. This multi-stage filtration technology is designed to reduce chlorine, unpleasant odours, fine particles and selected heavy-metal contaminants while helping to provide cleaner, better-tasting water.

Filter Replacement

The PF-207 uses the Chanson P7000 replacement cartridge. Filter replacement is recommended approximately every 12 months or up to 8,000 litres, depending on water quality, usage and operating conditions.

Chanson's published specifications list the PF-207 as a faucet-mounted system with no electrical power requirement and a P7000 replacement filter. The current NSF listing also lists PF-207/P7000 under NSF/ANSI 42 for chlorine reduction, nominal particulate reduction Class I, and taste/odour reduction.
