How to Use
Miswak Stick:
Gently peel or trim the end of the stick and chew the exposed tip until the fibres separate. Use the fibres to gently clean the teeth and along the gumline. Rinse after use and trim the used fibres when necessary.
Bamboo Toothbrush:
Apply toothpaste to the bristles and brush gently for approximately two minutes, paying attention to all tooth surfaces and the gumline. Rinse after use.
Miswak Toothpaste:
Use with the bamboo toothbrush as part of your regular brushing routine. Brush at least twice daily or as directed by your dentist.
