Black Mamba sources its fresh, organic produce from Guba, a permaculture training organisation. Guba manages a growing network of over 60 smallholder farmers who grow fresh organic herbs & chillies for Black Mamba's products. The direct positive impact of this partnership reaches over 1,000 individuals in Eswatini.

Black Mamba has won several Great Taste Awards in the UK for their chilli sauces, and we have won Aurora Awards in SA for our sauces and pestos.

Ingredients:
Cayenne Chilli Sauce: Vinegar, Chillies (22%), Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Water, Salt, Herbs, Xanthan Gum (stabilizer).
Pineapple Chilli Sauce: Pineapples (38%), Pineapple Juice (19%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Chillies, Salt, Xanthan (Gum stabilizer).
Chipotle Chilli Sauce: Water, Vinegar, Onion, Chipotle Chillies, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper, Spices, Xanthan (Gum stabilizer).
Peri-Peri Chilli Sauce: Lemon juice, Chillies (20%), Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Olive Oil/Canola Oil Blend, Spices.

No allergens - sauces are produced in a factory that uses macadamia nuts.

Care Instructions:
Store in a dry cool place
Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months

Shelf life of sauces: 30 months from production.
