China and the World Trading System

The key issues relating to China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) are analyzed by leading scholars in this volume. Will China's membership burden the WTO's dispute settlement system? What effects will it have upon liberalization of telecommunications, textiles, banking, insurance, copyright and patent protection within China and the rest of the world?
