Chroma Gin - Blueberry Infused Handcrafted Premium Gin

Our delectable Blueberry gin contains a sophisticated combination of flavours including mint, lemon and apple with a smooth herbaceous undertone. Our multi-award-winning master distiller recommends that this handcrafted gin should best be enjoyed with fresh mint and a handful of pomegranates.

Blueberry Haze Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Blueberry Gin.
12.5ml of vanilla syrup.
20ml of fresh lime juice.
15ml of egg white or cellulose.
4 to 5 fresh blue berries.
1 dash of Angostura bitters.

Method:
1. Muddle the blueberries in a mixing glass, then add lime juice, gin, egg white, bitters and the vanilla syrup.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice, shake well and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Glass: Martini.
Garnish: Blueberries on a toothpick with a cinnamon dusting.

Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Blueberry Gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins / Highball.
Garnish: 2 lime wedges and a slice of lemon grass. (or blueberries when in season)
