Description
Our Pineapple-infused gin, helps one escape to a tropical paradise filled with golden beaches, tranquil oceans and an endless supply of juicy pineapples. Our multi-award-winning master distiller recommends that this handcrafted gin should best be enjoyed with sliced pineapple and a wedge of lime.

Mrs Pine and Mr Basil Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Pineapple Gin.
25ml of fresh lemon juice.
1 dash of Angostura bitters.
4 to 5 pineapple chunks.
3 to 4 basil leaves.
12.5ml of sugar syrup.
Method:
1. Add pineapple chunks to a mixing glass and muddle.
2. Rip basil leaves and add them to the mixing glass, along with the gin, bitters and lemon juice.
3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake well for approximately 15 seconds.
4. Then muddle, shake and single strain into the glass over cubed ice.
Glass: Rocks.
Garnish: A pineapple wedge and lemon zest.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Pineapple Gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins / Highball.
Garnish: A slice of pineapple, wedge of lime
and a sprig of thyme.
