Description
Our delightfully refreshing Watermelon-infused gin is the perfect summer drink to be shared with friends while lazing by the pool. With its mouth-wateringly sweet taste, it s no surprise that it is a fan favourite. Our multi-award-winning master distiller recommends that this handcrafted gin should best be enjoyed with a wedge of lime and fresh mint.
Watermelon Collins Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Watermelon Gin.
25ml of fresh lemon juice.
12.5ml of vanilla syrup.
3 to 4 fresh raspberries.
Top up with soda.
Method:
1. Add gin, lemon juice and syrup into a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and shake.
3. Single strain into a Collins glass over cubed ice.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Raspberries on a toothpick with a lemon wheel.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of Chroma Watermelon
Gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins / Highball.
Garnish: 2 slices of cucumber and a lime wedge squeezed into a glass with a slice of watermelon.
