1. Dual DC Voltage - 12V / 24V

The ZH25G compressor is designed to operate on both 12V and 24V DC power supplies, making it suitable for vehicle refrigeration, battery-powered systems, mobile refrigeration equipment, RVs, boats and other DC-powered applications. The dual-voltage design provides greater flexibility when integrating the compressor into different refrigeration systems.

2. R134a Refrigerant & 2.5 cm Displacement

Featuring a 2.5 cm displacement and designed for R134a refrigerant, the ZH25G provides stable refrigeration performance for compact refrigeration systems. It is suitable for Low Back Pressure (LBP) applications where reliable cooling performance is required.

3. Adjustable 2000-3500 RPM Operating Speed

The compressor supports operating speeds from 2,000 to 3,500 RPM, allowing refrigeration system designers to select an appropriate operating speed according to cooling requirements. Cooling capacity ranges from 45W at 2,000 RPM to 74W at 3,500 RPM.

4. Efficient Cooling Performance

The ZH25G provides a COP of 1.25 W/W according to the supplied technical data. At 3,000 RPM, the compressor delivers approximately 64W cooling capacity (218.4 Btu/hr) while drawing approximately 4.1A at 12V or 2.0A at 24V, providing an efficient solution for compact DC refrigeration systems.

5. Suitable for Mobile & Compact Refrigeration Systems

With its compact 2.5 cm displacement, DC 12V/24V operation and R134a refrigerant compatibility, the ZH25G is suitable for car refrigerators, portable refrigerators, small freezers, RV refrigeration systems, marine refrigeration, battery-powered refrigeration and other compact refrigeration equipment. Its FC (Forced Convection) cooling configuration helps support stable compressor operation in properly designed refrigeration systems.
