DM40 40m Handheld Red Laser Distance Meter with Dual Bubble Levels

Measure rooms, walls and project spaces quickly with the DM40 Handheld Laser Distance Meter. Designed for construction, renovation, property inspection and everyday DIY tasks, this compact digital measuring tool provides a convenient alternative to repeatedly extending and repositioning a traditional tape measure.

The visible red laser helps you identify the intended measuring point, while the multi-line digital display presents measurement information clearly. With a working range of 0.05m to 40m, the meter is suitable for measuring rooms, walls, ceilings, doorways, furniture spaces and indoor installation areas.

In addition to standard distance measurement, the DM40 can calculate area and volume and perform indirect height measurements using the Pythagorean method. Continuous measurement and addition or subtraction functions provide added flexibility when working with multiple dimensions.

Two integrated spirit bubble levels help you position the device more evenly before taking a reading. Its compact handheld housing is easy to carry in a toolbox, work bag or pocket, making it suitable for tradespeople, installers, decorators, property professionals and DIY users.

40m Measuring Range

Measure distances from approximately 0.05m up to 40m, making the device suitable for small spaces as well as larger indoor areas.

Multiple Measuring Functions

Supports direct distance measurement, continuous measurement, area calculation, volume calculation and indirect Pythagorean measurement.

Area and Volume Calculation

Measure the required dimensions and allow the device to calculate the approximate surface area or volume, reducing the need for manual calculations.

Indirect Height Measurement

The Pythagorean measurement function helps calculate heights or distances that may be difficult to measure directly.

Dual Spirit Bubble Levels

Built-in horizontal and vertical bubble levels assist with positioning the meter more evenly for consistent measurements.

Clear Multi-Line Display

The digital screen can display several measurement values at once, helping you review readings during a task.
