The Doe turbocharger range are manufactured in an international facility by Oe manufacturer trained engineers, with specialised quality control of raw materials, components and finished products. Components are fully interchangeable with original equipment turbochargers. Each Doe turbocharger is factory tested, core-balanced, checked for boost and actuator movement and has undergone an oil leakage test.
We are so confident in our turbochargers that we offer an unconditional free replacement if faulty within 30 days of fitment. After that, we offer a one year warranty, limited to a once-off exchange. The warranty is conditional on the turbocharger being fitted by qualified technicians according to manufacturers instructions, and in an approved workshop. The vehicle must be properly serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendation. A copy of service records and a proof of installation will be required when claiming against the warranty.
Before fitting a new turbocharger, it is essential to rectify the cause of failure of the original turbocharger. This Turbocharger will fail if the cause of failure of the original turbocharger is not rectified. The following three reasons are responsible for the majority of turbocharger failures.
1. Lack of oil and incorrect oil - Check engine oil pressure, and only use oil grade specified by the specific Original Equipment Manufacturer for the application.
2. Contaminated oil - Make sure your vehicle is serviced regularly, oil with the highest recommended manufacturer specification is used and the oil filter is replaced.
3. Foreign objects - Make sure your vehicle is serviced regular and air intake system is thoroughly checked. Also check exhaust system for any blockages. Always replace the air cleaner element
