Top 3 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Does this handle come with a lock/latch mechanism?

   • No, the Caspian handle is typically sold as the handle set only. The appropriate lock or tubular latch must be purchased separately to fit into the door.

2. Is this handle suitable for exterior use?

   • While the stainless steel can handle outdoor elements, the mechanics of interior handle sets are not fully weather-sealed. It is recommended for interior or very protected exterior use only.

3. Are keyhole or privacy versions available?

   • Handles on a rose (circular plate) often require the matching keyhole or privacy turn to be purchased separately in the same finish. Handles on a backplate usually include the keyhole/cylinder/privacy hole already cut out.
