Top 3 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Is this handle set suitable for a bathroom door?

   • No, this is the Keyhole version for keyed security. For a bathroom, you would need the matching Dortello Vaasa Privacy Handle which features a thumb-turn lock instead of a keyhole.

2. Does the set include a lock?

   • No, the set includes only the handle and escutcheons. You must purchase a compatible mortice lock (key lock) and a tubular latch separately to make the door functional.

3. Are the fixing screws visible after installation?

   • No, the rose plates typically feature a concealed fixing system where the screws are hidden beneath the rose cover, ensuring a cleaner, professional look.
