Important Notes - Please Read Before Buying:

• 2.4GHz WiFi connection - make sure your home WiFi reaches the intended mounting location with a strong signal. The dual antennas help, but extreme distances may need a WiFi extender.

Care and Maintenance:

• Wipe the lenses with a soft microfibre cloth periodically - dust and cobwebs on the lenses degrade the picture quickly. Even more important than usual on an outdoor camera.
• Inspect the cable gland and waterproof kit every 6 months. If the seal looks worn or cracked, replace promptly to maintain the weatherproof rating.
• Position the camera under cover where possible (eaves, soffit overhangs). Even weatherproof cameras live longer when not exposed to direct rain and harsh UV year-round.
• Avoid pointing the lenses directly at strong light sources (security floodlights, the sun at sunrise/sunset). Direct intense light washes out the image and shortens sensor lifespan.
• Restart the camera (unplug for 10 seconds) if it ever goes unresponsive. Most "broken" smart cameras are actually network issues.
