A water-based plaster bonding liquid that makes plastering easier. Plastabond vastly improves adhesion between new and old surfaces and resists the alkalinity inherent in cement. Plastabond also restores powdery plaster to enable painting, and seals porous surfaces against water. This Ready-to-Use formula does not require any mixing or measuring and is therefore convenient and easy to use.
