The E-Photo RC-6 Infrared Remote is a compact and lightweight wireless remote designed for compatible Canon Mirrorless, DSLR and Film cameras. It allows you to trigger your camera remotely without touching it, making it ideal for studio photography, tripod-mounted shooting, self-portraits and situations where camera movement needs to be minimised.
The RC-6 features simple infrared operation with immediate firing or a convenient 2-second delay, selectable using the switch on the back of the remote. For reliable triggering, the remote requires a clear line of sight to the camera's infrared sensor, which is typically located at the front of the camera near the lens mount.
At just 20 grams, the RC-6 is small enough to keep in your camera bag at all times. It includes a CR2025 battery and comes with a stylish genuine leather protective pouch, handmade in South Africa.
