Elastoplast-sensitive dressings are ideal for peace of mind when looking after larger and post-operative wounds. These XXL wound dressings measure 8 x 10 cm (XL: 6 x 7 cm also available) to help seal the affected area against contamination from dirt or bacteria and are made from extra-skin friendly and breathable material, making them easy and painless to remove, as well as non-irritating to the skin. The non-stick wound pad is highly absorbent, helping to protect and cushion the wound with reliable adhesion ensuring that the dressing stays in place during activity.
