Product Description

The Virello Commercial Electric Vegetable Cutter is designed to meet the demanding food-preparation requirements of restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering businesses and other commercial kitchens.

Powered by a 750W motor, the machine can process up to 180kg of fruit and vegetables per hour, helping kitchens reduce manual preparation time while achieving consistent results. It is ideal for preparing vegetables for salads, garnishes, side dishes, soups and cooked meals.

Five interchangeable blades are supplied with the machine, including two slicing blades and three grating blades. These provide different cutting sizes to accommodate a variety of ingredients and preparation requirements.
