Etchr Gouache Brushes: Set of 8

The Etchr Gouache Brushes: Set Of 8 has been thoughtfully assembled to remove the uncertainty of choosing the right brushes for gouache painting. Developed with input from Etchr's team of artists and educators, each brush has been carefully selected for a specific purpose, creating a balanced collection capable of handling everything from broad washes and bold shapes to intricate details and expressive line work. Featuring high-quality synthetic bristles, durable metal ferrules, and comfortable short white handles, every brush offers excellent control, responsiveness, and paint retention. The brushes are housed in an exclusive Etchr canvas roll-up pouch that keeps them organised, protected, and ready to travel wherever inspiration strikes. Whether you're just beginning your gouache journey or refining your existing technique, this versatile set provides the essential tools for confident painting.

The collection includes three round brushes in sizes 2, 4, and 12 for detail work, controlled strokes, and general painting, alongside three flat brushes in the same sizes for washes, blocking in colour, and creating crisp edges. A size 2 rigger brush allows for fine lines, delicate branches, lettering, and intricate details, while the size 6 angle brush provides excellent precision for corners, sharp edges, and expressive brushwork. Every component is completely vegan friendly, making the set an ethical choice without compromising on quality or performance. Carefully tested by professional artists and instructors, these brushes are designed to perform beautifully with gouache while remaining versatile enough for other water-based media. Combining thoughtful design, premium materials, and practical versatility, the Etchr Gouache Brushes: Set Of 8 is an outstanding addition to any artist's toolkit.
