Eureka 1FE50U 4.5 x 40 mm Cut Screw Full Thread 75 Pack

Cut-Screw Square Drive Full Thread T17 Cut Point Yellow Passivated by Eureka brings practical, reliable performance to fixing and joining timber and woodwork; the threaded shank draws components tightly together. Made from steel, it is built to support consistent results on site or at home. FEATURES & BENEFITS Cuts its own thread into wood, plastic and soft materials no pre-drilling needed Versatile fixing across timber, board and panel products for general construction APPLICATION Fixing and joining timber and woodwork the threaded shank draws components tightly together INSTALLATION The full thread design is ideal for fixing a thin piece of material onto wood, such as attaching sheet material or thin boards to a timber frame. Because the threads run the full length of the shank, the top material is gripped firmly in place rather than being drawn down, so avoid using these for wood-to-wood joins where you need the two pieces pulled tightly together. Drive them with a correctly sized square bit for a snug fit, good torque transfer, and clean one-handed operation.
