Top 3 Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which type of dimmer switch do I need for this globe? This LED globe is typically compatible with trailing-edge LED dimmer modules. We recommend checking the minimum load requirements of your dimmer, as some older dimmers may not function correctly with low-wattage LED loads.

2. How much electricity does this 9W LED save compared to a standard bulb? This 9W LED replaces a standard ≈60W incandescent bulb. By using only 9 watts, it consumes over 85% less energy for the same level of brightness, resulting in considerable long-term electricity cost savings.

3. Does this bulb flash or flicker when dimmed? If used with a compatible, high-quality LED dimmer module, the globe should dim smoothly without flashing or flickering. If flickering occurs, it usually indicates a dimmer incompatibility issue (e.g., a leading-edge dimmer or the dimmer's minimum load requirement is not met).
