Recommended Thickness: Ideal for layers ranging from 10 mm to 70 mm.

Application Guidelines:

Shake Component A thoroughly before use.

Mix A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio and apply promptly.

Ensure that all objects in contact with the resin are dry.

For larger objects, consider casting in layers.

Processing Parameters:

Mixing Ratio: 100 parts A to 100 parts B.

Processing Time (25 C): 3-4 minutes.

Exothermic Peak (25 C): 82-92 C.

Gel Time (25 C): 5-7 minutes.

Demoulding Time: 1 to 1.5 hours.

Avoid skin contact; wear protective gloves.

Use protective clothing during mixing, laminating, or sanding.

Clean contaminated work clothes before reuse.

Protect your eyes with appropriate eyewear.

Work in a well-ventilated area or use ventilation.

Minimize inhalation of fumes (adequate ventilation helps).

Consider respiratory protection.

Storage Recommendations:

Shelf life is limited, especially after opening.

Seal lids tightly to prolong shelf life.
