Fastmove Flavoured 2-Minute Noodles are quick, easy and tasty. With reduced salt and being a source of Iron, they are a tasty and nutritious meal for you and your family. Fastmove Noodles are not only delicious, but they are also a source of fibre, which promotes easy digestion, and they contain no artificial colourants and no added preservatives.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Vegetable Oil (Palm with Antioxidant: TBHQ), Salt, Sugar, Water, Acidity Regulations Thickener Seasoning (SALTS, Maltodextrin, Whey Powder, Flavour Enhancer, Flavouring, Glucose, Anti Caking agent, Amino Acid, Yeast Extract, Stabilisers (Potassium Chloride (E508), Sodium Carbonate (E501), Polyphosphate (E452)), Colourants).

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place.
Usage Stove-top instructions:
Break noodle cake into 250 ml boiling water.
Add contents of flavour sachet, mix well and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving.
Microwave instructions:
Break noodle cake into 250ml boiling water in a microwave-safe container and add contents of flavour sachet.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for one minute before serving.
