The ARB-L16-700U includes a protection circuit in the anode to help prevent short circuits, overcharge/discharge, and overheating. This battery can quickly be charged without the need for a separate charger. This not only saves you money from purchasing a charger, but you now have no need to carry around another piece of equipment with you. Simply plug the USB cord directly into the battery. It is designed to work with the: PD25, LD15R, E18R, E16, E15, and HM50R.
