Filter Regulator Lubricator 1/4" With Auto Drain

A Filter Regulator Lubricator 1/4" with Auto Drain (often abbreviated as FRL) is a piece of equipment used in pneumatic systems to manage air quality, pressure, and lubrication for tools or machines that operate using compressed air. Filter: This component removes impurities, moisture, and debris from the compressed air, ensuring that only clean air is supplied to the tools or machines. Regulator: The regulator controls and adjusts the air pressure to the desired level, ensuring that the pneumatic equipment operates at optimal pressure. Lubricator: The lubricator adds a small amount of oil to the compressed air, which helps lubricate the moving parts of pneumatic tools and prevents wear and tear. 1/4" refers to the size of the connection ports on the FRL unit, indicating that it is compatible with systems or tools that require a 1/4-inch air line connection. Auto Drain: This feature automatically removes accumulated water or moisture from the filter without the need for manual intervention, ensuring that the filter stays clean and efficient. This combination of filter, regulator, and lubricator is commonly used in pneumatic systems to ensure proper air quality, pressure regulation, and lubrication, extending the lifespan of tools and machinery and ensuring smooth operation.
