Description
The Transfire soft case fire blanket is a type of fire safety equipment that consists of a piece of fire-resistant woven fibreglass material and is used to extinguish small fires. It is designed to be stored in a soft case for easy access in case of an emergency. Also, the dimension variants we offer are large enough to cover most small fires.
The fire blanket works by cutting off the oxygen supply and smothering the fire when laid over the top of the flame.
Fire blankets are often used in kitchens and laboratories where pan, oil or cooking fires can occur. Simply remove it from the case, unfold it, and place it over the fire, making sure to cover the entire area.
