Heel pain reliever:
Heel Inserts to protect and support your heels from pain, blisters, and calluses. The Hit-and-Absorb foot technology reduces the impact, while at the same time, the side and back protectors’ pad, cup, and soften chafing, hold the heels in place, and prevent rubbing and sliding.

Strong sticky design:
Our heel protectors have a sticky backing, which keeps them in place. Simply remove the adhesive backing and place heel inserts onto the inside heel of the shoe. Press firmly. If the adhesive loses its tackiness, just wash it

No slipping or sliding in loose shoes:
The cushions are designed to fit the contour of the heel section of the shoe. Heel pads help reduce about 1/2 of the sizes of shoes. This makes shoes a bit tighter. The gel material stops your feet from slipping in and out of your shoes

Reusable foot pads:
These shoe inserts can be removed and used with another pair of shoes again and again. If the adhesive loses its tackiness, just wash it in warm and soapy water, let it dry, and you can use it again. Do not dry in the sun.
