Genkem Bedliner is a one-part polyurethane protective coating designed for load beds, trailers and heavy-duty surfaces exposed to wear and harsh conditions. The durable textured finish forms a tough protective barrier that helps resist impact, abrasion, rust, corrosion and chemical exposure. Ideal for bakkies, trailers, utility boxes and industrial applications, it delivers a long-lasting non-skid protective finish for surfaces exposed to demanding environments.

HOW TO USE

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose rust
  
• Lightly sand smooth or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion
• Prime bare metal where required for best adhesion
  
• Stir product thoroughly before use
  
• Apply using a brush or roller
  
• Apply two coats for best results
  
• Allow proper drying time between coats

Critical: Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is expected before curing. Not suitable for continuous water immersion.

Tip: For heavily rusted surfaces, remove rust thoroughly before application to maximise long-term performance.
