Genkem Liquid Rubber is a high-performance acrylic rubber hybrid waterproofing coating designed to provide long-lasting protection for roofs, terraces, balconies and masonry surfaces. It cures to form a seamless flexible waterproof membrane that bridges minor cracks while resisting UV exposure and harsh weather conditions. Ideal for residential, commercial and maintenance waterproofing applications where long-term flexibility and durability are required.

HOW TO USE

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and structurally sound
• Remove dust, grease, algae and loose material
• Repair cracks and damaged areas before application
• Prime porous surfaces where required
• Stir thoroughly before use
• Apply by brush, roller or airless spray
• Apply two even coats for optimal protection
• Allow 24 hours between coats

For cracks and joints:

• Apply first coat
• Embed reinforcing membrane into wet coating
• Allow to dry
• Apply second full coat

Critical: Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours. Not suitable for permanent water immersion, potable water storage or structural crack repairs.

Tip:Ensure flat roofs have proper drainage to prevent prolonged ponding water.
