High-Grab Multi-Surface Flooring Adhesive
Genkem All Purpose Flooring Adhesive is a high-solids water-based acrylic adhesive designed for installing a wide range of floor coverings. The high initial tack and aggressive grab help secure difficult floor coverings, including materials with high memory and coarse backings. Its extended working time allows accurate positioning during installation, making it ideal for professional flooring applications, renovations and replacement projects.

HOW TO USE
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, level and free from dust or grease
- Repair uneven surfaces using suitable floor levelling products where required
- Stir adhesive thoroughly before use
- Apply evenly using a notched steel trowel
Trowel Guide:
- Vinyl flooring: Use a 1.5mm V-notch trowel
- Coarse-backed or needle punch flooring: Use a 2-3mm V-notch trowel
- Allow adhesive to flash off for 30-45 minutes
- Install flooring onto tacky adhesive
- Roll flooring thoroughly after installation for proper bonding
Critical: Not suitable for exterior use, vertical applications or damp/unprepared surfaces.
Tip:Always ensure full adhesive transfer to the flooring backing before final installation to maximise long-term bond strength.
