Genkem Steelbond is a high-strength, heat-resistant structural adhesive designed for demanding metal bonding applications. Based on a nitrile-phenolic system, it delivers exceptional bond strength, thermal stability and resistance to oils, fuels and industrial chemicals. Steelbond is engineered for heavy-duty repairs, fabrication and reinforcement where conventional adhesives are insufficient. Once cured, it forms a rigid, durable bond capable of withstanding high temperatures and mechanical stress, making it ideal for industrial, automotive and workshop environments.

HOW TO USE
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and properly prepared (abrasion recommended)
- Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces and allow 15-20 minutes to flash off
- Assemble components, apply firm clamping pressure and heat cure as required
Critical:Requires clamping and heat-assisted curing for optimal performance
Tip: Follow recommended heat cure cycles to achieve full structural strength
