Genkem Wallpaper Adhesive is an easy-to-mix adhesive designed for applying wallpaper to interior walls for clean, professional-looking finishes. The smooth-mixing formula provides strong adhesion and excellent slip for easier positioning during installation. Ideal for home renovations, decorative wall projects and wallpaper repairs on properly prepared interior surfaces.

HOW TO USE

• Ensure walls are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose paint
• Lightly sand glossy painted surfaces where required
• Allow new plaster to cure for at least 6 weeks before application
• Mix adhesive powder with clean cold water until smooth and lump-free
• Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes, then stir again

Mixing Guide (per 250g pack):

Light wallpaper: 5 litres water

Standard wallpaper: 4 litres water

Heavy wallpaper: 3 litres water

• Apply evenly to the back of the wallpaper using a brush
• Hang wallpaper while adhesive is still wet
• Smooth out air bubbles using a wallpaper brush or roller
• Wipe excess adhesive off immediately with a damp cloth

Critical: Do not apply over loose paint, damp walls or uncured plaster.

Tip:Always match wallpaper patterns before applying adhesive to avoid unnecessary waste.
