A delicate and refreshing mocktail, the Elderflower Spritz combines elderflower cordial with the floral notes of Ginologist Alcohol-Free Floral Botanicals. The sparkling grape juice and soda water add a fizzy, refreshing finish, while the fresh lemon juice brightens it up. Garnished with edible flowers and a lemon slice, it's a beautifully aromatic and citrusy drink.

Ingredients (makes 2 mocktails):

• 30ml elderflower cordial
• 60ml soda water
• Sparkling grape juice (to top up)
• 60ml Ginologist Floral (0.0%) - added last for a gradient effect
• Crushed ice

For the Garnish:

• Edible flowers
• Lemon slices

Method:

• Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
• Pour the elderflower cordial into the glass, followed by the soda water.
• Top up the drink with sparkling grape juice.
• Slowly pour the Ginologist Floral (0.0%) over the back of a spoon or directly into the glass to create a beautiful purple gradient effect.
• Garnish with edible flowers and a slice of lemon.
