Glissen Ultimate Paste Compound 500G

Features:
- Suitable Paint Type: 2K and Medium Solids.
- Removes P1500 Sanding Marks.
- One step removal of sanding marks to produce a high gloss finish.

Use with:
- Glissen Ultimate Compounding Applicator 150MM/6" - 14MM THREAD (GLI150).
- Glissen Microfiber Finishing Cloth (GLI022).

Directions by machine:
1. Sand with P1500 or finer. After sanding clean the surface and make sure the area is free from dust and contamination.
2. Add approximately 2-3 grams of compound to the surface.
3. Make sure compounding head is cleaned by using a spurring brush.
4. Before switching on polishing machine, spread the compound evenly on the surface.
5. Run the machine at 800rpm for the 1st pass. Speed the polishing machine up to 1500 - 1800rpm.
6. Move the polishing machine in one direction with 50% overlap then change direction.
7. Keep the compounding head damp by spraying a mist of water from a spray bottle.
8. Check if sanding marks have been removed, then clean with a microfiber cloth. If further sanding marks are visible, repeat steps 4-7.

Directions by hand:
1. Sand with P1500 or finer. After sanding clean the surface, and make sure the area is free from dust and contamination.
2. Add approximately 2-3 grams of compound to the surface.
3. Mist your Glissen Microfiber Finishing Cloth (GLI022) with water until damp.
4. In a back-and-forth motion rub the product onto the surface with the cloth.
5. Check if sanding marks have been removed, then clean with a microfiber cloth. If further sanding marks are visible, repeat steps 1-4.
