Globalisation vs. Sovereignty? The European Response

This is a selection of speeches by Sir Leon Brittan, Vice-President of the European Commission, headed by the text of his 1996 Rudy Lecture (given in the University of Cambridge) dealing with the process of European integration within the context of increasing economic globalization.
