Directions for use:
Add 2 scoops GlucaChol-22 Instant Strawberry Flavoured Drink into a shaker or glass
Add 200-250ml low fat/fat-Free milk
Stir or shake well until it forms a consistency if a shake.
Consume immediately.

The product will thicken if left to stand. GlucaChol-22 Instant Strawberry Flavoured Drink is very high in fibre- for optimal results ensure sufficient water and fluid consumption.
Recommended water intake is 6-8 glasses of water per day.
