Glue Devil - Contact - Adhesive - 50ml - Blister

GlueDevil's Contact Adhesive is a premium, high-performance, brushable solution engineered for superior bonding strength and reliability across a wide range of materials. As a polychloroprene-resin-based adhesive, it is specifically formulated to deliver excellent water and heat resistance (up to 80 C), making it highly suitable for both domestic and industrial environments. Whether you are bonding surfaces in a high-moisture area or applying it to surfaces exposed to heat-such as inside vehicles or workshops-this adhesive maintains its integrity and grip over time.

One of its most valuable features is its instant tack capability. After application to both surfaces and allowing a drying time of approximately 10-20 minutes, materials can be pressed together without the need for clamping. This simplifies the process and speeds up workflow, making it ideal for rubber, leather, carpet tiles, laminates, metal, ceramics, canvas, cork, wood, and most plastics. The adhesive is especially useful in applications where traditional fasteners are impractical or aesthetically undesirable.

The contact adhesive forms a durable, flexible, and long-lasting bond, reaching full curing strength within 24 hours. With a spread rate of approximately 2-3 m per litre, it also provides cost-efficiency-making it a go-to choice for builders, crafters, flooring installers, upholsterers, and general DIYers alike.

Despite its powerful hold, GlueDevil's Contact Adhesive remains smooth and easy to apply with a brush, roller, or spatula, ensuring precise, mess-free results. It is available in various convenient sizes, from small tubes for quick repairs to larger tins for extensive use.
