CARE & MAINTENANCE

• Allow the oven to cool. Clean the exterior with non-caustic, bleach-free spray, warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth; do not use abrasive cleaners.
• The flue can be removed for cleaning.
• Clean the interior by burning off debris above 350°C; Gozney advises about three hours for a deep self-cleaning burn.
