CARE & MAINTENANCE

• Allow the oven to cool; use non-caustic, bleach-free spray, warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth on the exterior.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners; the flue can be removed for cleaning.
• Burn off interior debris above 350°C; allow about three hours for a deep self-cleaning burn.
