CARE & MAINTENANCE

• Clean the cool exterior with non-caustic, bleach-free spray, warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth.
• Clean the interior by burning off debris; Gozney states that above 500°C the oven begins self-cleaning and advises about three hours for a deep burn-off.
• Cool completely before packing or transporting.
