Güde Alpha Olive Carving Set - 2 Piece

Producing top quality forged knives by hand in small lots was, is and remains the philosophy of Güde knives, with no compromises for four generations. We feel bound by the centuries of tradition in the old art of making knives, a tradition which established the city Solingen's reputation.

For the Alpha Knives, the blade is hand-forged in a single piece from chromium-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, then subjected to more than 30 further manual work steps. It is made from ice hardened stainless steel, hand sharpened and meets the highest requirements for knives used in catering. The Alpha Olive series have handles that are crafted from very hard Olive wood which resists moisture and exhibits a beautiful grain.

The Güde Alpha Olive 2 Piece Carving Set comes with a 21cm carving knife and an 18cm meat fork. With a carving knife you should use the whole length of the blade of the carving knife off the reel, like this roasts or terrines can be cut finely and neatly. The carving fork is the perfect complement for the slicing knife. The Carving Set Alpha is a favourite duo and a great idea for a gift.
