There will be three sizes indicated on the product one being euro size, the other one is us, and one below the logo inside a circle is Brazil size. which is the same as south African size, so if you wear size 3 you will receive brasil 35/36 if you wear size 4 or 5 you will receive Brasil 37,38 if you wear size 6 or 7 you will receive brasil 39/40 and if you wear size 8 you will receive brasil 41/42

Please don't look at us or euro sizes thinking you have received the wrong size product. the only size you need to look at is one inside the circle underneath the Havaianas logo on the product
