The Hawke Vantage 3-9×40 IR Rimfire .22 LR HV Riflescope is designed for precision and reliability on rimfire rifles. Its 3-9× variable magnification gives flexibility for close-range target shooting and small game hunting. The 40 mm objective lens gathers plenty of light, ensuring bright and sharp images even in low-light conditions.
This scope features a Rimfire .22 LR HV Mil Dot reticle with dual red and green illumination and five brightness levels. The reticle is calibrated specifically for high-velocity .22 LR rounds, offering accurate hold-over and hold-under for consistent performance. The second focal plane design keeps the reticle size constant across all magnifications, making aiming fast and simple.
Built with a 1-inch aluminium mono-tube chassis, the Vantage 3-9×40 is lightweight yet strong. The fully multi-coated 11-layer lenses reduce glare and improve contrast, giving clear, crisp images in varying lighting conditions. Capped low-profile turrets and MOA adjustments allow precise windage and elevation control, while maintaining zero in the field.
The riflescope is nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed, making it waterproof, fog-proof, and shock-resistant. With a fixed parallax at 75 yd / 69 m, generous eye relief of 89 mm (3.5 in), and a field of view ranging from 13-4.2 m @ 100 m, it offers comfort and versatility on a variety of rifles.
Weighing approximately 430 g and measuring 315 mm in length, this scope is compact and easy to mount. Its maximum aperture at 3× is f/3 and minimum aperture at 9× is f/9, providing optimal light transmission across magnifications.
