Description
The Hawkins range of domestic battery chargers is intended to meet market requirements for low cost automotive battery chargers.
These units are made from high quality materials and components.
The Power 8 charger is designed for flooded 12V batteries.
The Power 8 is a charger that delivers its rated current at the outset and then tapers slowly down as the battery reaches full charge.
It will continue to trickle past the nominal 13,8V of the fully charged battery and must be monitored periodically.
These chargers are not automatic and therefore must be disconnected when the GREEN LED comes on.
The Power range of chargers were designed in compliance with IEC 335-2-2 and has a two year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
