Tips for use:
If your HDMI source device (such as XBox, PS4 Pro) supports 4K, please use an HDMI 2.0 cable to connect the HDMI 4K source device and HDMI switch and display as an HDMI 1.4 cable (or lower than HDMI 2.0) is not enough for 4K resolution (4096 x 2160). If your HDMI cable is not an HDMI 2.0 cable, you can adjust the resolution on your source device from 4K HDMI to 1080P (1920 x 1080) to match the specifications of your HDMI cable, or use the corresponding HDMI cable to connect. The HDMI switch box cannot ensure that two display devices work at the same time when you connect 1 HDMI source to 2 monitors. Please note that when connected to 2 displays with different resolution, the HDMI switch will only send the lowest "shared" resolution to 2 displays.
