A group Of black women, all working in the Cape wine industry, realised that they could combine their skillset to create a unique proposition: wine grown, made, marketed and distributed by them
and only by them.

They each have a story to tell: Winemaker and General Manager Praisy Dlamini hails from KwaZulu-Natal but studied winemaking in the Cape.
She has been working in the Wine industry ever since. All Of the team have stories Of triumph. Each Of them, with grit and determination, grabbed the opportunities presented, stepped out of the confinement Of their circumstances, and worked their way up in the business world.

This lip-smacking Rosé is a creative and delicious blend Of Chenin with a kiss of Pinotage. The Chenin grapes are grown in the Worcester region. The town of Worcester is known as a small town, with an
Old soul and a big heart. The Pinotage grapes are grown in the 'uber trendy' region of Swartland. The Chenin grapes are all hand harvested in the early hours of the morning and processed as cool as possible. 'Illey are pressed to Stainless steel fermentation tanks and the juice is handled reductively.

The tanks are inoculated with cultured yeast and the fermentation is cooled to allow for maximum flavour development. Post ferment, the wine is kept on the fine lees to develop flavours. The Pinotage grapes are also hand harvested, then crushed and destemmed into stainless steel fermentation tanks. Ferrnentation is achieved through the addition of cultured yeast strains. Extraction is achieved through aerated pump overs and a total of 2 weeks on the skins.
