Description
Himalayan Salt Lamps are amazing! Hygroscopic properties detoxify air environment. The heated rock generates negative ions. (LED salt lamps will not!) The frequency of light is quite simply healing - it is the same hue as a sunrise, sunset or a camp fire. Red hue-measure will vary per rock.
Electric cord colour may be black or white.
Lamps are per weight as opposed to shape.
The shape and height vary.
Scuffing may be wiped off with a wet cloth (The salt is soluble).
In very moist weather conditions, the hygroscopic nature will draw in moisture to the surface of the lamp - place a tray of sorts under the lamp on those days.
If you don't care for a heated rock, the bulb may be replaced by an LED 'pygmy' fitting type. Lower watts are better.
