Hinge, Gelmar, Full Overlay 45°/110°, 0 mm, 4‑Hole Plate, Slide‑On (10 PACK) — ideal to use in your app product catalogue (for your company “Naturex”) or as part of your internal product‑data. You can adapt wording as needed for style, tone and audience. Product Overview This is a concealed hinge from the brand Gelmar, designed for full‑overlay cabinet doors, with a 4‑hole mounting plate and slide‑on (clip‑on) installation. Supplied as a 10‑pack, making it convenient for cabinetry projects, bulk installations or for trade usage. Key Features & Specifications Overlay style: “Full overlay” means the door covers the cabinet side panel almost entirely when closed (no or minimal reveal). This product is listed as “45°/110°” indicating it is suitable for doors that open up to about 110° and/or for a 45° mounting situation (see Usage Notes below). Opening angle: Up to ~110° – giving a wide opening for access inside the cabinet. The “45°/110°” marking suggests the hinge accommodates a 45° mounting or a 110° door travel. Back‑set / 0 mm: The specification “0 mm” indicates the hinge is designed for a zero‑millimetre mounting or overlay tolerance (that is, no gap or additional spacer behind the hinge mounting plate) — the door is flush with the side wall when closed. 4‑Hole mounting plate: The hinge uses a mounting plate with four screw‑holes for secure attachment to the cabinet carcass. This improves stability, especially for tall/heavy doors. Slide‑On/Clip‑On Installation: The hinge arm attaches to the mounting plate via a sliding or clip‑on method. According to Gelmar’s concealed hinge guide, their slide‑on system allows the hinge to be “assembled by sliding the hinge arm over the mounting plate” and then using horizontal set‑up screws to fine‑tune depth. Gelmar +2 Gelmar +2 Brand / Quality: Gelmar is a South African hardware specialist, offering a broad range of hinges (slide on, soft close, etc.) and providing mounting/adjustment details. Gelmar Application & Usage Notes Ideal for cabinetry: Use this hinge on full‑overlay doors in kitchen cabinets, wardrobe units, storage cupboards etc., where you want the door to cover the whole side panel. Mounting considerations: For this hinge to perform correctly, the cabinet drilling of the hinge cup needs to match the hinge cup size (typically Ø35mm for concealed hinges per Gelmar’s technical leaflets) and proper mounting plate alignment. Gelmar Door thickness & material: Ensure the door thickness and material are compatible with the hinge cup size and that the overlay dimension (how far the door sits over the side panel) is appropriate for full‑overlay design. Adjustment features: The slide‑on mechanism allows for fine‑depth adjustment (to align the door front with side panel) and side/vertical adjustment according to Gelmar’s guide. Gelmar Opening range: With a ~110° opening angle, this hinge gives good access inside the cabinet. The “45°” part may indicate suitability for a 45° cabinet to door mounting or maybe a combination of mounting angles — you should verify with Gelmar or supplier for clarity. Installation volume: Supplied as a 10‑pack, it's appropriate when you are fitting multiple doors (e.g., a kitchen run, a bank of wardrobes) and want uniform hinges. Surface finish & durability: While specific finish details (e.g., nickel‑plated, stainless) are not listed for this exact model, Gelmar offers both economy and premium options in their product lines. Be sure to confirm finish/coating especially if high moisture or heavy usage conditions.
