The HKD 0.96" OLED Display Module is a compact, high-contrast screen offering crisp monochrome graphics and text, ideal for microcontroller projects requiring clear, low-power visual feedback. It features a 128x64 pixel resolution, providing ample display real estate for status indicators, menus, charts, and more-despite its small size.

Using the widely supported SSD1306 driver IC and a standard I2C (IIC) 4-pin interface, the module requires only two microcontroller I/O pins to operate-making it perfect for resource-constrained environments. It is compatible with a wide range of 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers including 8051 (51 Series), MSP430, STM32, and others.

The screen delivers excellent visibility with a viewing angle over 160 , ensuring legibility from various orientations. Designed to work within a voltage range of 3V to 5V, the module integrates seamlessly with most development boards without the need for level shifters. Its ultra-low power consumption (~0.08W when fully lit) makes it ideal for battery-powered or energy-sensitive applications.

Important Note: Avoid using Adafruit-specific SSD1306 libraries, as they may not be compatible. Opt for generic SSD1306 I2C libraries suited for your platform (such as u8g2 or SSD1306Ascii).
