The HKD M542 Stepper Motor Driver V2.0 is a high-performance microstepping driver designed for 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepper motors. Utilizing pure-sinusoidal current control and self-adjustment technology, it ensures smoother motion, lower heat, and quieter operation even at high speeds. Ideal for precision applications, this driver is suitable for NEMA 17 to 34 motors and various machinery, including X-Y tables, engraving machines, laser cutters, and pick-and-place devices.

Equipped with TTL-compatible, optically isolated inputs, the M542 offers 15 selectable microstep resolutions (up to 25,600 steps/rev) and supports both PUL/DIR and CW/CCW control modes. Its robust design includes short-circuit, over-voltage, and over-current protections for safe and reliable operation.
